It’s been a very exciting yet challenging year here at Propoly as we drive forward with what we call  “V2”.

So far in 2022 we’ve processed over 10s of millions of move in monies, helped to move in thousands of tenants and saved numerous hours of work for you all as we continue to enhance and improve efficiencies across the entire lettings journey.

But it doesn’t stop there. For the remainder of 2022, we will:

💜 Improve workflows further for all stakeholders and introduce a new dashboard
💜 Integrate key services such as deposit registration, rent protection and utilities switching
💜 Add further compliance automation with government approved Right to Rent verification
💜 Launch a unique pre-renewals automation workflow
💜 Continually optimise the system and support elements
